- All sightseeing depend upon time limit, weather conditions,road traffic status etc.
- All covid 19 rules/guidelins will be followed by passengers like Mask, Social distancing etc.
- GST Cost is compulsory so without GST bill or tour will be not possible
- Advance amount have to pay for booking the tour & balance amount/Full payment have to pay after arrive at Pune
- Last minute cancellation or Itinerary will be not changed during tour
- 50 % Advance Payment have to pay for confirm the booking

CANCELLATIONPOLICY
Cancellation before 30 days of start date will be charged processing fee equivalent to10% per person
Cancellations between 20 days to 30 days before start date, 25% of tour cost would be charged as retention
Cancellations between 20 days to 15 days before start date, 50% of tour cost would be charged as retention
Cancellations made within 15 days of start date, entire tour cost shall be charged as retention
Above policy may vary during peak season
Note: - As per the Government directive, you are requested to produce your photo identity document such as Driving License/AadharCard/VoterID card/Passport/at the point of check in at the hotel. We appreciate your cooperation.
For the booking confirmation kindly deposit 40% of advance payment against the Company Account before tour started and the rest 60% of amount must be paid at the time of tour started.
Confirmation voucher will be generated after advance payment
Cancellation Policy :-
In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:-
CANCELLATION CHARGES
Any time after booking but before 60 days of departure date 30 % of the total Tour / service cost.
Between 60 days to 45 days prior to departure date : 40 % of the total Tour / service cost
Between 44 days & 30 prior to departure date : 50 % of the total Tour / service cBetween 29 days to date of departure – 100 % cancellation charge of the total Tour / service cost
